Eric builds his life around innovation—taking ideas into reality and helping people. He has spent his career building capacity by bringing vision, strategy, and execution together, always working to make things better. His work spans joint ventures, cross-sector problem solving, scaling startups into enterprise segments, and revenue growth.
Eric's experience ranges from enterprise healthcare with 600+ facilities to launching startups. His previous roles include: Partner at a national services firm with Fortune 100 clients; COO of a mobile software innovation company, where he drove growth alongside a $3 million partnership with the White House to build a skilled technology workforce; Vice President at a national technology company building a Telehealth platform; Director in a $1.6 billion healthcare system; Executive Director for a regional public/private partnership; consultant to global clients; and owner in multiple ventures. He has worked across healthcare, technology, financial services, and social services—always centered on innovation, strategic development, partnerships, and philanthropy.
Some of Seto's career highlights include: leading the asset divestiture ($30+ million) for a national non-profit to a global sale, creating a new endowment; building and launching a surgery center with PE-backed partners; overseeing operations of a public/private partnership with $53 million in impact; consulting for a United Nations–sanctioned NGO; creating and funding the first Department of Labor–certified Technology Apprenticeship training in Kentucky; developing national partnerships with the IRS, Walmart, Citi, Intuit, and other national brands; co-leading development around healthcare innovation and nursing facilities; launching a $500,000 first-time homeownership program for employees; starting a rehab/wheelchair seating initiative for adult and pediatric patients; and raising over $1 million in philanthropy for children in need. He has served as an advisor and national speaker on modern workforce, financial stability, innovation, partnerships, scale and sustainability, and volunteerism for groups such as the Intuit Foundation, National League of Cities, United Way Worldwide, National Community Tax Coalition, and the Points of Light Institute.
Eric holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business from the University of Cincinnati, along with continuing education in healthcare and technology. He was named a Business First "Forty Under 40" honoree, received a civic award from the Internal Revenue Service, was selected as a Leadership Louisville Bingham Fellow (Future of Work), and has earned citations from Mayors and Governors along with being named a Kentucky Colonel. He is active in the Kentucky Hospital Association. He serves on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America Lincoln Heritage Council, the Board of Governors for the United States Pony Club, as a Board Member for EEI, Inc. (Equestrian Events International, an international 5* competition), and on the advisory council for Jewish Family & Career Services, along with committee work with various civic organizations.
