Her professional expertise lies in strategic planning, market research, project management, and sales management. Throughout her career, she has conceptualized and executed multiple high-impact strategies that have accelerated sales, increased revenue, and strengthened client relations generating exceptional clinical, operational, and financial value to her health system partners.

Joanna is an award-winning sales professional with an impressive achievement record in Strategic Accounts at multiple private and publicly traded companies across distribution, medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.  Additionally, she possesses extraordinary communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and has verifiable history of cultivating long-lasting client relationships.

Joanna holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY as well as continuing education around business and healthcare related topics. Both professionally and personally Joanna is recognized as an empowering mentor and leader. Along with committee work for various civic organizations Joanna gives her time and energy, literally, to building homes with Habitat-for-Humanity and Hand-in-Hand Ministries.   She demonstrates a distinct ability to influence those around her and uses her Purpose Statement as her guide: “To help as many people as I can, as much as I can, for as long as I can”. – Joanna Clines
