Previously, Kelly served as Vice President of Human Resources for the American Printing House for the Blind and held leadership roles with Yum! Brands and the National Football League. At Yum! Brands, she led digital talent acquisition and HR initiatives supporting digital transformation, technology organizations, and international growth.
Kelly holds an MBA and a B.S. from Auburn University. She is passionate about mentoring professionals, developing future leaders, and guiding people through career transitions.
